卡斯尔直到半场时听队友提起才意识到自己接近三双。

约翰逊达成替补得分双位数里程碑
凭借8投6中得到16分的表现，马刺前锋凯尔登·约翰逊 (Keldon Johnson) 记录了本赛季第50场替补得分上双的比赛。

MILWAUKEE — Mitch Johnson did Stephon Castle a solid in the Spurs’ 127-95 win over the Bucks on Saturday.
The Spurs had a 32-point lead with 7:12 to play when the coach put the 2024-25 NBA Rookie of the Year back into the game for the purpose of snagging a rebound to complete his fourth triple-double of the season and second in his last seven games.
Twenty-four seconds after checking in, Castle got his 10th rebound after Ousmane Dieng missed a 3-point attempt. Johnson subbed Castle out for good with 6:37 remaining.
“I knew I needed one more before I got subbed out, so coach put me back in there,” Castle said.
Castle also had 22 points and 10 assists in 29 minutes. It was fitting he completed the triple-double with a rebound because the coaching staff has asked him to hike his productivity in that area.
“The rebounding adds a whole other element, whether it’s offensively with his dynamic athleticism and creating extra possessions and drawing fouls or defensively, because if he rebounds the ball, that means our fast break is already started,” Johnson said.
Castle is averaging 5.1 rebounds this season to go along 7.2 assists and 16.6 points.
“If I can help our bigs rebound and start our break and keep our pace up, then I feel like it’s a plus,” the 6-foot-6 guard said.

Castle didn’t know he was within reach of a triple-double until a teammate told him at halftime.
“Ju actually told me I was close and that I should try to go for it,” Castle said, referring to Julian Champagnie.
Castle leads the Spurs in triple-doubles. The only other Spur with a triple-double this season is Victor Wembanyama, who notched his on Nov. 12 against the Golden State Warriors.
“I’m not surprised for Steph,” Wembanyama said. “I know it’s going to happen more and more.”
Castle is now tied for fifth on the list of franchise career triple-doubles, with all of them coming this season.
Dejounte Murray leads with 17. Hall of Famer David Robinson (14), Alvin Robertson (eight) and Johnny Moore (six) are next on the chart.
Wembanyama and Tim Duncan also have four each.

Johnson hits double-digit bench milestone
With 16 points on 6 of 8 from the field, Spurs forward Keldon Johnson recorded his 50th double-digit scoring game off the bench this season.
The candidate for league sixth man of the year is the only player in Spurs history to have 50 games with 10-plus points as a reserve in one season. He also did it last season.
Johnson also matched his season high with five assists.
Spurs healthy again
The Spurs faced the Bucks at full strength after De’Aaron Fox and Luke Kornet returned after sitting out Wednesday’s win at Memphis for rest and to heal nagging injuries.
Fox (back) had 12 points and six assists in 21 minutes.
Kornet (knee) finished with two points, one rebound and a steal in 21 minutes.
