How long will the Spurs be without Stephon Castle?

Starting guard Stephon Castle was ruled out of the Spurs’ 101-100 victory over Phoenix Thursday after pregame warm-ups due to tightness in his right hip.
It marked the 11th game Castle has missed this season and the 12th of his career.
“He does more than anybody else in the league,” Mitch Johnson said. “He’s rightfully beat up after this long of a season.”
Johnson added he doesn’t Castle to be out long, and indicated there could be more rest days for players nursing bumps and bruises between now and the April 12 regular-season finale.
“We will be mindful in making sure we don’t over-extend anybody,” Johnson said.
