That’s a great call, Hakeem getting so close in college was a lot like Wemby’s early career.
He’s experienced success much earlier in his NBA career so hopefully it’s not 9 seasons waiting to win a title.
Maybe he can do some work with Kareem this offseason, get a Skyhook and unlock early career titles. They seem like somewhat kindred spirits.
