The NBA on Sunday announced final details for Game 5 of the Spurs’ Western Conference semifinals matchup with Minnesota on Tuesday night at the Frost Bank Center.
Start time will be at 7 with NBC/Peacock handling the TV broadcast.
The Spurs entered Sunday night’s game with a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.
With a loss in Game 4 likely dooming the Timberwolves to a series defeat, Spurs coach Mitch Johnson said he expects fans at Target Center to be at a fever pitch for what could be Minnesota’s final home game of 2025-26.
“We expect tonight to be probably the most high hostile environment we’ve played in,” Johnson said. “So you just try to embrace it in a sense because at the end of the day, it’s just going to come down to executing and trying to play our brand at basketball and try not to make it more than that.”
The Spurs are trying to advance to the Western Conference finals for the first time since the 2017 playoffs.
