Yeah I’m embarassed that I wanted him off the team 2 years ago. He has really worked hard and improved all aspects of his game since then. Definitely want to keep him as Spur now, hope they give him an extension this year.

Him benching Castle was really nice to see. Castle has been absolutely booty cheeks the last couple of games and hopefully the benching lights a fire under him.

True, I am so impressed this team is pulling out wins with some absolutely atrocious 3 point shooting. But we absolutely need to start making 3s to be an actually great team. Following 4/25 with 10/44 – yikes! Many of them weren’t even close. Hopefully we bounce back tomorrow with a better shooting game, but gotta live the grit and grind.
