It’s who Vassell is supposed to be, but he’s been too passive and shows lacking in creativity. We think of Devin as a 3 point shooter, but bro is a legit 3 level scorer. There’s no reason 60% of his shots should be 3 pointers.
I said this about the Phoenix game, but they were hounding Wemby and we were starving for offense. Moments like that we need Devin to get in his bag and see if he can get something going, but instead he disappeared for the 2nd and 3rd quarter and to no surprise, was cold when the 4th came around.
I’m glad he’s buying into his new role, but part of that role is knowing when to take a bigger role in the offense. Keldon, for example, has been focusing on offensive boards, putbacks, and just being a notable presence on the court, but when he has an open lane, he’s still gonna barrel into the paint the way he’s done the last 3 years.

Barely probably. They’ve only played three games together. I’d wait a lot more games before looking at numbers like that. But they do seem to mesh very well on the court together

IMO it’s similar to Castle/Fox. They are incredible young players but it helps a lot to have someone to take some weight off their shoulders

The double big lineup works well with Wemby roaming. Concerning for Sochan though as he wont be getting much play time with everyone back.

When we were trailing by 9 half this sub : “This team is losing to Bulls ffs. No hope”

Lol. But I am with you. This is a good bulls team and we are consistently managing to find ways to win. This is with Wemby barely going into superstar mode and with Fox still being Rusty. Its going to be scary facing us in the playoffs.
