San Antonio Spurs unveil Summer League roster

A handful of undrafted rookies, including former North Carolina State star DJ Horne, Texas A&M-ex Tyrece Radford and TCU alumnus Jameer Nelson Jr., will play alongside draft picks Stephon Castle and Harrison Ingram on the Spurs’ Summer League squad.
The Spurs on Monday announced their roster and coaching staff for their games this month in Sacramento and Las Vegas.
The 16-player roster will also include second-year guard/forward Sidy Cissoko, a second-round pick in 2023; three two-way contract players; and a few members of the Spurs’ G League affiliate in Austin.
The coaching staff will be headed by Spurs video coordinator Kenny Trevino.
Castle, a 6-foot-6 guard who was selected fourth overall after helping Connecticut win its second straight national title this past season, and Ingram, a 6-6 guard-forward and Dallas native who played at North Carolina in 2023-24 after two seasons at Stanford, will make their debuts in Silver & Black on Saturday when the Spurs face Charlotte on the opening night of the California Classic.
They’ll be joined in Sacramento by Horne, a 6-1 guard who helped the Wolfpack reach the Final Four this spring after he played two seasons each with Illinois State and Arizona State.

Horne averaged a team-high 16.9 points while shooting a team-best 40.6% from the 3-point stripe on 6.5 attempts per game for N.C. State.
Radford, a 6-1 guard, averaged 16.5 points on 41.1% shooting, 6.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists as a fifth-year senior in 2023-24. Nelson, a 6-2 guard and the son of former NBA player Jameer Nelson, averaged 11.2 points on 43.4% shooting, 3.3 assists and 2.6 rebounds as a fifth-year senior for the Horned Frogs.
The roster also includes three players who saw time for the Spurs last season as two-way contract players: guard Jamaree Bouyea, guard David Duke Jr. and forward RaiQuan Grey.
Other undrafted rookies on the roster include 6-4 guard Darin Green Jr. (Florida State), 6-6 guard Seth Millner Jr. (Toledo) and 6-8 forward Riley Minix (Morehead State).
The summer league squad began practicing Monday at the Victory Capital Performance Center. It will also hold workouts there Tuesday and Wednesday before heading to California.
