@Limp_Seat4865

@BlindFreeze

@DenseBeautiful731

@palmburntblue

@T44120

@Weary_Restauranter

@JebKermansBooster

@SaltyTurdLicker

@CodeObvious7548

@deneuvig

@BelgianWaffleStomper

@ASadChongyunMain

@GGezpzMuppy

@ZeroXSander199

@_tylerthedestroyer_

@NanoCurrency

@DGman42

@spursfan2021

*不是那个“吉迪式”的 12 岁。

@LeftSide-StrongSide

@sw1tchman

@lanbrocalrissian

@scarypary

@_tylerthedestroyer_

@PoleVaultingIsHard

@savemenico

@cesgjo

@Nkosi868

@minkledinklebrinkle

@T44120

@pintvricchio

@Nkosi868

@That-Cry-1032

@dr0d86

@spurs777_

@efgray

(Jalen Williams)……

@Green_Reflection4358

@Ok-Map4381

@WEMBY_F4N

@PoleVaultingIsHard

@Top-Hold003

@CStradale

@Blank_Canvas21

@Top-Hold003

@laziestmarxist

@cesgjo

@king_Geedorah_

@xj9_333

@orlando_lie

@CPTIroc

@savemenico

@BrotherHombre

@lazyboi95

@acciopizza_

@JPHyltin

@deeweezul

@Strict_External678

@PattyThrillz

@TSMJaina

@SirRagnas

@JPHyltin

@Nearby_Tadpole_9567

@SirRagnas

@gaxkang

@PattyThrillz

@gaxkang

@diamondhorizons

@laziestmarxist

@calabaza-head

@Trixie_Lorraine

@garlicbratwurst

@fattest-fatwa

@DenseBeautiful731

@savemenico

@KemoFlash

@RicanCP3

@Designer-Action3573

1-0！

@__JimmyC__

@literallywhat66

@T44120

@Electrical_Net_6691

@MindInTheClouds

@JWat87

@viceneon

@Pls_Drink_Water

@Particular-Put4786

@rushigan

@Cityboy2025

@Ok-Map4381

@Blue_Magics

@Original_Weekend8226

@Comprehensive_Room52

@squeeglth

@JWat87

@birdlawspecialist1

@ssdu3

@CultofCuriosity

@SerialChillerPepper

@YouCanHmu

@Lybixi

@hugo_2018

@Kae_D_Rukawa

@spursfan2021

@MoKush420710

@Ashrun_Zeda

@WEMBYisGOAT

@verdegooner

@A-Rusty-Cow

@figgnootun

@Trixie_Lorraine

@orlando_lie

@OkSpeed5766

@kranetoesz

@vishjay101

@Delicious_Pair1708

@iChoke

@Subject-Lab6998

@figgnootun

@nikko_at_autheo

@CPTIroc

@T44120

@opinionsarecoolmaaan

@SaulGoodzyn

@Rude_Ad_9661

@CellSaga21

@Immediate-Bird-7421

@TheGavinC

@PM_YOUR_PET_PICS979

@WEMBYisGOAT

@Toge_Inumaki012

@OnomahIsABaller

@snarkyturtle

@gsnake007

@0rbium

@FeistyEntrepreneur

@orangekingo

@RecognitionFew7144

@sydnboy

@SecondsforLunch

@Former-Confection-87

@IamWavingAtYou

@Jealous-Set-4262

@Usual-Leader6999

@Toesbeforehoes69

@Flashy_Rub6073

@BelugaBilliam

@Blank_Canvas21

@dwrek24

@chillripper

@TheFenceFromTaken3

@laflameitslit

@Solitude_Dude

@utotmo1223

@x_marc

文 MVP（WEMVP）！！！！

@HamsterAdept8435

@Chinese-dog

@Sympho1

@MisterShazam

@Few-Initial-819

@PetziesofPetziland

@speedzero22

@MindInTheClouds

@DirkRedditer

@Lost_Sense6562

@brownskin_lady

@nooneremarkable

@sebtierrez01

@Kameron92040

@TDTimmy21

@Excellent-War-7925

@No_Bee_9281

@burntorangebevo

@Lost_Web_6928

@NewApeToTheGame

@redxlillard

@DontTakeMeSeriousli

@youwantkatos

@TheNerdyLaundry

@ProtectTheHell

@TexanGuitarist

@deusmachinato

@Limp_Seat4865

Possibly greatest G1 WCF ever.

@BlindFreeze

Look at my goat bro. What an amazing start to the series

@DenseBeautiful731

Calling Castle over too. This man is unreal

@palmburntblue

They tried to say he’d fold under these lights.

@T44120

He was the BEST SCORER IN AN OLYMPIC FINAL AT HOME against the USA, Wemby is born to shine

@Weary_Restauranter

That will forever be the biggest game of his life

@JebKermansBooster

He did fold. Specifically, he folded OKC in half.

@SaltyTurdLicker

And he showed the lights aren’t too bright with how he had his fingerprints all over those OTs

@CodeObvious7548

Wemby got that Bird/Jordan/Kobe mentality. He’s out there to destroy you

@deneuvig

There was this même of the Chamberlain insane stat line after Shai being MVP, and Wemby basically just did that fr. Insane.

@BelgianWaffleStomper

You know all those TikTok’s where they talk about “how many years was ___ the best player in the league”… idgaf who won MVP, it’s Wemby.
This is his first, and he’s 22.

@ASadChongyunMain

Hero

@GGezpzMuppy

Jesus and his 12 Apostles.

@ZeroXSander199

There were legit 12 guys wtf. This guy’s the Messiah

@_tylerthedestroyer_

I had to count that shit too!!! wtf!

@NanoCurrency

Lmao we are all witness

@DGman42

We need these on a t-shirt!

@spursfan2021

CB looks like a giddy 12 y/o
\*not a Giddy 12 y/o

@LeftSide-StrongSide

Me trying to sleep tonight

@sw1tchman

Lmaoooooo

@lanbrocalrissian

Bro same

@scarypary

That logo three will go down in history

@_tylerthedestroyer_

That was one of the coldest, cleanest shots I’ve ever seen in my life.

@PoleVaultingIsHard

How someone has the guts to throw from that far with the game on the line is beyond me. And to make it!
This kid is different.

@savemenico

Oh Mamá Wembanyama!!!

@cesgjo

That shot reminded me of Curry’s deep 3 that ended the KD-Westbrook era of OKC

@Nkosi868

Go to bed. Rest your hearts. We do this again in 2 days.

@minkledinklebrinkle

Bro it’s 4:48am for me

@T44120

Close to 6:00 am here in France

@pintvricchio

Same here, alarm is in 1 1/2 hours, I don’t think I’ll fall asleep

@Nkosi868

Rough day ahead. Thank you for your service.

@That-Cry-1032

One of the greatest games I’ve ever seen

@dr0d86

Legitimately. If it ended at regulation it would have been wonderful, but two OTs makes it one of the best I’ve seen.

@spurs777_

Truly an all-timer

@efgray

MVP of the league deferring to Alex Caruso and Jalen Williams down the stretch….

@Green_Reflection4358

Don’t blame him, bro didn’t want no part of Castle

@Ok-Map4381

This is why it’s important to not get down on castle too much for the turnovers. Yes, those hurt, but he still brings a ton of value in other ways. He won’t be this bad again.

@WEMBY_F4N

Wemby ended the best player in the league debate on the night where his opponent got a repeat MVP

@PoleVaultingIsHard

He confirmed that his statement about defense being 50% of the game is a fact.

@Top-Hold003

Harper 24 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals is pretty crazy too.
Clutch free throws, clutch play and only 1 turnover as well.
This was like his 4th or 5th start the entire year and on a last minute notice no less.

@CStradale

And what’s crazy is that he still had his mistakes, but kept coming

@Blank_Canvas21

Made some clutch plays down the line. Yeah he had some questionable decisions at times, but man, he is unflappable. Made some really tough shots at the rim, made his fts.
And is the ball glued to his hand or something? He looked off balance working through the paint and I’d think he’d lose the ball but he somehow keeps possession.
Harper is so goddamn special, I really can’t believe he’s on our team.

@Top-Hold003

What’s something to think about is this will probably be the worst he’ll be.

@laziestmarxist

Most of this Spurs squad is pretty close in age as a team. This might be the worst this particular line up will be.

@cesgjo

That’s what i like about him…he gives no shit. Most rookies (and even some vets) would put their head down after they make crucial mistakes. But Harper gave zero fucks, kept his composure, and just didnt let it bother him

@king_Geedorah_

Holy shit. Thats almost more insane that Wembe he is a **ROOKIE**

@xj9_333

his ball control was elite tonight, 95% of guards would have botched the sequence at the end where he nearly lost it 3 times but he converted it into points

@orlando_lie

Wemby taking that logo three to tie the game

@CPTIroc

@savemenico

/r/nononoyes

@BrotherHombre

how the fuck am I supposed to go to sleep now

@lazyboi95

I’m literally here in tears man wtf that was so cathartic

@acciopizza_

Don’t sleep, go honking

@JPHyltin

I walk in the neighborhood, and I’m gonna yell “HONK HONK”!

@deeweezul

Fuck it. I went out for another beer and some tacos.

@Strict_External678

The best part of this win is that OKC wasted a game Caruso will never have again.

@PattyThrillz

And we won a game with ~12 turnovers from castle lol

@TSMJaina

he gets a lot of hate but having Fox distribute the ball game 2 or 3 will make me rest so much easier lol

@SirRagnas

100% castle needs more experience being primary ball handler. Fox is quick and can find a shot if all else fails. Castle makes really good reads and picks amazing shots but not having fox be able to buffer the play really put him in an awkward spot tonight.
That being said Harper outside of not boxing out 1 play found a lot of his shots tonight.

@JPHyltin

Castle reminds me of Rod Strickland, and the other old fans know of the Rod Strickland turnover that *really* makes that point. But there is one difference. Castle appears to be teachable.

@Nearby_Tadpole_9567

Dylan locking down Chet in a crucial part of the game is insane! 7 steals overall? Only 1 turnover? That aint a rookie, wow!

@SirRagnas

I feel like the entire spurs roster has an insane defensive capability. It makes since they have the alien being a defensive anchor. The paint is literally Wemby’s personal homestead. Like he Tom Bombadil up in there.
Imagine being able to learn how to guard while not having to worry about your opponent taking an easy drive.
I think the spurs are going to produce some of the most defensive guards in the next decade. Mr. Fundamental smiling after this first game tonight for sure.

@gaxkang

This game shows the value of Fox. Fox can take care of the ball better. This is an aspect of the game that Castle still has to develop.

@PattyThrillz

For sure he handled the ball like shit and if we lost he would have been one of the primary reasons but I can’t see us winning with Fox getting targeted all game either. At least castle fights on defense

@gaxkang

But imagine how much more energy Castle can save up for scoring or more defending had Fox been there to handle the ball more.

@diamondhorizons

The best part is we DIDN’T waste an SGA stinker and Wemby heater.

@laziestmarxist

I heard there was some kinda trophy ceremony tonight? That was like 3 hours ago tho so who remembers

@calabaza-head

That was the most stressful 20 minutes of my LIFE. Not gonna lie we were looking pretty sloppy towards the end but our boys pulled it together
VA SPURS VA

@Trixie_Lorraine

I thought the Spurs had lost until Wemby hit that 3.

@garlicbratwurst

Shoutout to Devin, man. Great playoff defense.

@fattest-fatwa

Champs too. Tough assignment for those dudes.

@DenseBeautiful731

Sean Sweeney must be real proud of these boys

@savemenico

He went Icy cold on offense tho. The spirit of Danny Green had possessed him

@KemoFlash

That’s one of the GREATEST games ever played and Wemby had one of the GREATEST performances EVER. We watched an all-time legendary game.

@RicanCP3

This might be one of the best basketball games I’ve ever seen. This motherfucker hit the Curry shot to tie it in OT of his first WCF game. Absolutely fucking unreal.

@Designer-Action3573

1-0!
Stole home court. GSG!

@__JimmyC__

Put it in the Louvre

@T44120

@Electrical_Net_6691

This pic goes so hard

@MindInTheClouds

Put it in the Louvre.

@JWat87

WE SURVIVED THE FOLLOWING:
- CARUSO (aka floppy bitch) having the best game of his life
- STEPH’S 11 TURNOVERS
- NO FOX
- OUR “INEXPERIENCE”

@viceneon

Also whichever Williams player going off too

@Pls_Drink_Water

Lmao im glad Kenrich Williams aint getting any minutes. Dude is a Spurs killer

@Particular-Put4786

Caruso shooting and defending like Prime Klay Thompson absolutely won’t happen again

@rushigan

The defense will. He’s an incredible defender, his shooting is DEFINITELY not typically on this level

@Cityboy2025

To be fair though, MOST of his shots came when the Spurs were doubling off him. After the first few fall, he can’t be as open as he was for the rest of them. If SGA scores a tough bucket, then you can live with that. That shooting, combined with a few other details in the game, are the reason why SA didn’t win until the 2nd OT.

@Ok-Map4381

On the inexperience point, this game doesn’t go to OT if this team doesn’t make a good number of mistakes. Inexperience is a problem, but it is a problem they continue to overcome. This team has no quit.

@Blue_Magics

Wemby said fuck your MVP

@Original_Weekend8226

@Comprehensive_Room52

DROP YOUR HEART RATES HERE

@squeeglth

I had a 130 bpm high hahah

@JWat87

thanks Whoop for letting me know my body is showing signs of high stress lol

@birdlawspecialist1

Steph’s 11 turnovers come from being asked to do SO MUCH with Fox out. The dude made absolutely insane passes to the corner and to Wemby that kept us in the game. What a fucking baller.

@ssdu3

Yeah a lot of casual fans are saying he almost lost them the game but his defense was amazing, and he played his ass off.e’s only 21. He was put in a tough position and got the W.

@CultofCuriosity

41-24 is a notice to the league. That three is an all time classic ice cold

@SerialChillerPepper

Harper had as much as SGA too he had a great game!

@YouCanHmu

Commenting to make sure I’m part of history - THAT WAS FUCKING SICK

@Lybixi

Shai gets MVP ..and Wemby took that personally.

@hugo_2018

@Kae_D_Rukawa

2 OT IN WCF? YOU COULD HAVE NOT ASK FOR A BETTER PLAYOFF EXPERIENCE!!!

@spursfan2021

Really proud of Mitch swallowing the challenges. There were quite a few he could have won, but none were momentum changers. He kept it for some last minute bull shit.

@MoKush420710

Yes! That was really smart on his part.

@Ashrun_Zeda

That off bound ball challenge was goated. Thank god he listened to Wemby.

@WEMBYisGOAT

We are literally witnessing the rise of the greatest player of all time. This is unbelievable to watch!

@verdegooner

Wemby literally willed us to victory. Bro, he’s 22.

@A-Rusty-Cow

Wemby just took over. That clutch 3 at the end of OT to tie it up again was fucking insane. He was not going to lose this game if he had the ball. The fucking goat

@figgnootun

Wembanyama is the greatest 22 in NBA history
And Harper might be the greatest rookie guard in the playoffs ever

@Trixie_Lorraine

With Kareem injured rookie Magic Johnson scoring 42 to beat the 76ers in game 6, winning Finals MVP has not been topped yet.

@orlando_lie

no fox, poor shooting from 3 and castle opening up a bakery but the team still got the dub
LFG GSG

@OkSpeed5766

Hit the ice baths boys, we got another one to win in 44 hours.
That 3 Wemby hit from Tulsa to tie it…fool ain’t human
GO SPURS GO

@kranetoesz

@vishjay101

Victor Wembanyama is a superstar. Everyone knows that. Dylan Harper never ceases to impress me though.

@Delicious_Pair1708

Spurs in 4 idgaf we ballin boys

@iChoke

Wemby is the truth.
I don’t want anyone disrespecting Fox again. He was NEEDED tonight.

@Subject-Lab6998

I think the Spurs win in Regulation tonight with Fox in there.

@figgnootun

Obviously Wemby and Harper are the main stories for good reason but Vassell man
Vassell fucking battled for 50 minutes. Incredible effort the whole time. 10/10 role player performance

@nikko_at_autheo

Vic playing 48 mins and still having the energy to make the crucial plays down the stretch is insane.
Still need Fox in there though. I love Steph and Dylan but we need steadier hands in these games.

@CPTIroc

I need to find this one online from a good source

@T44120

No fox, too many Castle TO, but still the win.
Let’s go

@opinionsarecoolmaaan

That Vassell block!!!

@SaulGoodzyn

@Rude_Ad_9661

Anybody got that screen grab of Wemby posing in front of the bench???

@CellSaga21

The real MVP was showcased tonight

@Immediate-Bird-7421

Castle will bounce back with way less turnovers. He was rattled.

@TheGavinC

I was too young to appreciate MJ, but now I understand what people meant when they said he would not allow his team to lose

@PM_YOUR_PET_PICS979

My three year old woke up with 10 seconds in the 4th. So we let him stay up to watch the full game and he was cheering “that’s incredible” each time Wemby made a play in his little spurs pijamas.
10/10 would let kid stay up late again

@WEMBYisGOAT

Dylan Harper almost had a quadruple double.

@Toge_Inumaki012

7 freaking steaaaals

@OnomahIsABaller

I’m fucking exhausted from just watching that game, imagine how the players feel. Jesus Christ. This was easily one of the best basketball games of all times, and it’s only game 1 looooool
Wemby is by far the best player in the world, and I don’t want to hear anyone ever question his fitness & durability ever again
And we won this game without De’Aaron Fox. Castle had shit tons of turnovers yes but he was still so important for us. And Dylan Harper I’m lost for words, he’s one of the best rookies of all time. Hopefully Fox is back for game 2 to help them and relieve them
So fucking proud of this team, never been more proud, I’m genuinely emotional right now not even kidding. We’re the best team in the world and we just showed that
Go Spurs Go!!!

@snarkyturtle

Shoutout Vassell with that monster block on Chet

@gsnake007

Hell yeah! Real MVP showing them who’s boss! Go Spurs!

@0rbium

Yall be safe honking around the city tonight! GSG!!

@FeistyEntrepreneur

@orangekingo

I got nothing to say. I just love this team. Tears in my eyes bro.

@RecognitionFew7144

One of fucking one

@sydnboy

Was this the greatest match so far? Holy shit.
Wemnby showing he has big balls with that 3!
And then dunk + 1 and block!
Be greedy

@SecondsforLunch

@Jealous-Set-4262

So, what? Am I supposed to go to sleep now?

@Usual-Leader6999

Congrats and FUCK THE THUNDER. Thunder fans in r/nba were calling me crazy when I said Wemby is something special. Can’t wait to see Fox back too

@Toesbeforehoes69

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE WEMBY AURA FARM PICTURE IN FRONT OF THE BENCH

@Flashy_Rub6073

I think the Spurs should try and build around Victor Wembanyama moving forward. He’s a pretty good player

@BelugaBilliam

@Blank_Canvas21

God, I need a cigarette after that game, holy shit!

@dwrek24

Highkey one of my favorite playoff wins ever.

@chillripper

did y’all see Wemby with his hand to his ear after he shut the crowd up?? fucking awesome

@TheFenceFromTaken3

We are witnessing Victor Wembanyama save basketball

@laflameitslit

HES THE RUCKING GOATTTTTTTT

@Solitude_Dude

Hopefully Caruso got that out of his system.

@utotmo1223

I really enjoyed that smirking stare down from castle when he dunked over SGA.

@x_marc

WEMVP!!!

@HamsterAdept8435

the saga of Chet getting sonned by Wemby continues

@Chinese-dog

@Sympho1

without Fox too.
That’s insane

@MisterShazam

There’s only one MVP, and he plays in south texas.

@Few-Initial-819

One of the most insane performances I’ve ever seen in sports. Absolutely transcendent.

@PetziesofPetziland

Well folks…we survived the Caruso game

@speedzero22

Fuck OKC. Happy they ain’t cheering like always joking at other teams. Motherfuckers need to be humble.

@MindInTheClouds

My heart can’t handle 7 games of that…but it would be a good way to die.

@DirkRedditer

I hated going to OT… but I didn’t hate going to 2OT

@Lost_Sense6562

HOLY SHIT CLOSE TO HAVING A HEARTATTACK 3 TIMES LAST HOUR

@brownskin_lady

I can hear neighbors popping fireworks SA is something else man

@nooneremarkable

That Wemanfuckyou three gave me an adrenaline rush

@sebtierrez01

That logo game tying three by Wemby is all you got to know how insane he’s been this game, we’re absolutely witnessing a greatness in a making

@Kameron92040

That was one of the greatest games I have seen in awhile. We stole one without fox!

@TDTimmy21

Wemby a beast stateline
But Harper HOLY SHIT

@Excellent-War-7925

WE ARE TOO FUCLING TOUGH AREA 51 BABY

@No_Bee_9281

It would have been SO disappointing to lose this game after leading almost the entire time. Glad they were able to pull out the win!

@burntorangebevo

Aura farming to the max

@Lost_Web_6928

Wolves fan congrats your first win. IMO, spurs can sweep OKC or this will be a short series.
Spurs have size and length advantage over OKC in every position. From 1-5, Spurs are just better in length and athleticism. Also Wemby’s presence alone took away SGA’s midrange, which is the most of OKC offense.
Fox didn’t play, and Caruso shot the light out. Yet, Spurs still win.
Hope Spurs sweep SGA and OKC. Ethical basketball prevails over flopping and refs!

@NewApeToTheGame

They have a better OT record but not a better double OT record… (I actually don’t know if it’s true but I’m high on this win right now)

@redxlillard

Best player in the league and it’s not even close

@DontTakeMeSeriousli

They are hinking like crazy in my neighborhood lol

@youwantkatos

“Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth"

@TheNerdyLaundry

Incredible game. That 2OT was a master class in beating the Thunder.

@ProtectTheHell

So glad that game ended in a W.

@TexanGuitarist

I’m not gonna survive this WCF, I lost 10 years of my life. GSG

@deusmachinato

Does anyone have a shot of Wemby and the bench??? Thats shit was cold
