The only saving grace here is the evidence of him getting hacked to shit. He was provoked and lashed out - which is why he did what he did.

Fue un partido manejado por los árbitros, previo al codazo, ojo que estaba medio de espaldas, pudo ser flagrante 1 y no lo expulsaban, McDaniels, en el rebote, le pega un manotazo en la cara a Wemby. Mitch needs to man the fuck up and call out the refs in the post game. Come with receipts..there are plenty.
People are looking for who to blame in this game - and it’s him. He’s refused to defend his players from this bullshit. He refuses to bench Fox when he needs to, even trotting out a five guard lineup. When things start to go bad, he can’t make adjustments. He decided to matchup hunt in the fourth instead of going with what was working (the slash bros and Luke). It was just ridiculous.
Wemby can’t do what he did, but he’s a 22 year old kid who has been abused this whole series and arguably had two flagrant fouls against him on that play with no calls. Maybe if his coach fucking said something we’d get it talked about more.

Even his “clean” looks he manages to create, he’s having to deal with more physicality and move quicker to get to his spot making it harder to make the shot

I don’t believe in over reacting to small sample sizes based on factors that are volatile like shooting luck
But Keldon’s underperformance seems rooted in factors that are more permanent than temporal.
Teams are targeting him in switches because his feet are too slow. He can’t beat on-ball pressure that effectively, he can’t pass the ball that well, doesn’t have a great handle of the ball (which contributes to his turnovers).
He’s undersized and outmatched going up against bigger players both on-ball and being able to get high % looks at the rim vs the help defense of tall NBA players.
He can make some open 3’s but isn’t a great shooter that opponents are worried about.
Even tonight when he got an and 1 he created the space using an off-arm he’s probably lucky he didn’t get called for an offensive foul on.
We’re bleeding points with him on the floor and getting beaten or barely outscoring arguably worse teams in almost all his stints on the floor all playoffs. +/- data in small samples can be incredibly misleading but his seems to match the eye test of what’s happening on the floor.
Carter Bryant and Harrison Barnes have their own limitations, but I’m growing skeptical that Keldon can contribute vs most playoff opponents without becoming a much better 3 PT shooter to re-optimize his play style to outweigh his limitations.
We shouldn’t over-index on his being 6th man of the year to overlook how impactful he’s actually been on the floor. He’s been a large detriment and I’m not seeing a lot of ways for him to turn it around or evidence that it’s bad shooting luck or other factors that oscillate up and down naturally in a hyper competitive sport. I’m worried he’s just not going to be a good NBA player in the playoffs.
Hopefully this is something to look bad on as a poorly aged opinion but it would be a denial of reality to tell myself that I don’t think it at this time.
