Wembanyama cleared to play after completing concussion protocol
Victor Wembanyama is available for Game 4 of the Spurs’ playoff series against the Trail Blazers on Sunday afternoon, the team announced via its injury report.
Wembanyama returns to the court after completing the NBA’s concussion protocol, which he entered last Tuesday night after slamming his head on the court in the first half of the Spurs’ 106-103 loss to Portland at Moda Center.
Playing without their leading scorer, rebounder and shot blocker, the Spurs grabbed a 2-1 series lead with a 120-108 win on Friday night behind Led by a combined 60 points from guards Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper.
Wembanyama scored 35 points to lead the Spurs to a 111-98 win in Game 1 on April 19 at the Frost Bank Center.

Spurs arrive in style ahead of Game 4 vs. Blazers
Here we are again with Spurs fashion — and this time, a familiar look is back in the rotation.
Ahead of Game 4 against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday, the San Antonio Spurs once again turned the tunnel into a runway — and Victor Wembanyama made sure his return to the fashion spotlight didn’t go unnoticed.
Wembanyama stepped in wearing a Nike France “Hollywood” goalkeeper jersey, pairing the bold top with loose denim and elevating the look with a light blue Louis Vuitton duffle — a blend of sport and luxury that continues to define his pregame style.
He’ll be on the court for Sunday’s matchup, and you can’t discount his flair for dressing to impress.
