PORTLAND, Ore. - Victor Wembanyama is available for Game 4 of the Spurs’ playoff series against the Trail Blazers on Sunday afternoon, the team announced via its injury report.
Wembanyama returns to the court after completing the NBA’s concussion protocol, which he entered last Tuesday night after slamming his head on the court in the first half of the Spurs’ 106-103 loss to Portland at Moda Center.

Playing without their leading scorer, rebounder and shot blocker, the Spurs grabbed a 2-1 series lead with a 120-108 win on Friday night behind Led by a combined 60 points from guards Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper.
Wembanyama scored 35 points to lead the Spurs to a 111-98 win in Game 1 on April 19 at the Frost Bank Center.
Game 5 is set for 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday night in San Antonio.
In other injury news, the Spurs announced that guard Jordan McLaughlin has also been upgraded to available after missing the first three games with an ankle injury.
