Victor Wembanyama ranked fifth Tuesday in the second Western Conference fan returns for NBA All-Star voting, the same position he held when the league announced the first results in late December.
With 1,321,985 total votes, the Spurs franchise cornerstone trails the Los Angeles Lakers’ Luka Doncic (2,229,811), Denver’s Nikola Jokic (1,998,560), Golden State’s Stephon Curry (1,844,903) and Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (1,554,468).
Rounding out the top 10 in the West are Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards (1,246,423), Portland’s Deni Avdija (1,224,109), the Lakers’ LeBron James (1,059,855), Houston’s Kevin Durant (997,386) and Houston’s Alperen Sengun (871,952).

Wembanyama has missed the last two games due to a bone bruise in his left knee.
Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo leads the East with 2,092,284 votes. He’s trailed in the top five by New York’s Jalen Brunson (1,916,497), Philadelphia’s Tyrese Maxey (1,908,978), Detroit’s Cade Cunningham (1,752,801) and Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell (1,530,237).
Fans voting via the NBA App and NBA.com with their NBA ID represent 50% of the vote to determine the five players from each conference landing starting spots for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game. Current NBA players and a media panel account for 25% each.
The All-Stars are being selected this year without regard to their positions.
Voting concludes on Jan. 14 at 10:59 p.m. Central.
Starters will be revealed by NBC and Peacock on Jan. 19.
Under a new NBA All-Star Game format, two teams of U.S. players and one team of international players (the World team) will compete in a round-robin tournament featuring four 12-minute games.
NBC and Peacock will broadcast the tourney at 4 p.m. Feb. 15 Central from Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif.
