Dyson Daniels is one of the most overrated defenders in the league. He’s good, but his impact is nowhere near his reputation.

It’s funny, I literally just posted something very similar before seeing your message. I agree. He’s an amazing defensive playmaker. One of the very best in the league. But defensive playmaking and man-to-man perimeter defense are not the same thing and way too many people have inflated his overall defensive ability because of last year’s steal Numbers.
