Gillespie is so composed and smooth. even when the 3 wasn’t falling at first, he found ways to score at the rim and in the midrange. Love his game
Reed is such a great rebounder and smart offensive player, his passing and ability as a hub is very impressive. His touch was very bad today, but that doesn’t concern me
Maliq Brown is my favorite draft pick overall, such an incredible defensive presence and the man is just a walking steal/deflection machine. His corner 3 looks pretty smooth too. If it is legit, he will be huge for us.
Also, shoutout HJ Lee, hope he gets the last 2way spot just because he is a fun player and seems like a great dude

Gillespie‘s 25 points gets the headline, but I thought the most interesting part of his night was the coaching staff sticking him on Peterson. I thought he did a good job, holding his own against a significantly taller and more athletic player.

Gillespie is just a straight up bucket getter with high energy on both ends.

I hope Lee sticks around on a two-way or something. He’s older but his shot has a real quick release. If it falls enough, he’s got a clear role on the offensive end. And he seems like he’s not a complete catastrophe on defense, though you’d probably want him on the least threatening offensive player.

Hyun Jung Lee scored 22 points / 5 rebounds today. He was MVP in japan pro league last season, amazing 3 point shooter. I hope he gets 2 way contract with spurs.
