I’m not worried about the vibes leaving. This was our third game in four days, and we lost a close one on Denver’s home floor. They’re a great team with championship pedigree that doesn’t give up, and we’ve needed a legit challenge from a contender like this for a few weeks now.
I trust that the guys won’t get in their heads over it, but instead will focus on the things they need to improve; there’s definitely a lot that went wrong, but all of it is imminently correctable.

Agreed, this is the take. If Fox/Vassell make that last play we go to double OT. This was great practice for the intensity theyre going to face in the playoffs. Plus, I think these young guys needed a loss like this right before the playoffs to remind them they’re mortal.

Mitch was scared to be bold and make a decision. I get it. If harper comes in and fucks it up thats a bad look but the hero ball we see from fox (while unable to throw a fucking oop and seemingly nearly lose his handle every other play) is not what we needed. Fox does not facilitate and his worth is on made baskets or not, not full complete team flow, like a PG should be

Completely this. And he’s like this in any close game late, we lose the usual offensive flow. To make matters worse, on defense he trails thru screens and is really only good for a periodic steal where he jumps the passing lane.
