Spurs fans, there’s a fresh way to celebrate the holiday season this incoming Saturday and Sunday. The Rock at La Cantera just announced “Wemby’s Wonderland,” and seasonal event in partnership with San Antonio Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama.
The weekend-long shindig is billed as a “holiday extravaganza” in which attendees can participate in a full lineup of holiday-themed activities — including donating toys or hygiene products to support a local San Antonio children’s shelter.

According to a Friday release, the holiday celebration is a gift from Wemby to Spurs fans “and all of San Antonio, offering an exciting Spurs Cup game watch party,” as well as “a sledding hill, photo opportunities and more for fans and families to celebrate this special season along with the Spurs.”
The event highlights also include a toy drive with local San Antonio children’s home and shelter Boysville, a special collaboration to honor current and former service members with Miles for Military, special appearances from the Spurs’ Coyote mascot, holiday movies, crafts and more.
Although the event is free, space is limited — so potential attendees still have to claim and reserve their tickets through the Universe ticket portal here.
The event is scheduled to take place from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Frost Plaza at 1 Spurs Way.
