Spurs guard and 2025 NBA Rookie of the Year Stephon Castle sports the new alternate Statement Edition uniform the Spurs will wear for several games in the 2025-26 season.
To say the Spurs are synonymous with San Antonio is an understatement. Now that statement hits the hardwood with a new alternate jersey.
On Monday, the Spurs unveiled a new Statement Edition uniform featuring the wordmark “San Antonio” in place of the “Spurs” for the first time on a Core uniform since 1989. The new Core alternate jersey debuts Nov. 7, when the Spurs host the Houston Rockets for their first Emirates Cup game. The uniforms are available now at the official Spurs Fan Shop at Frost Bank Center, the fan shop in the Victory Capital Performance Center and at SpursFanShop.com.
Stephon Castle, the reigning NBA Rookie of the Year, will serve as the face of the launch, “representing the bright future of this Spurs team as tradition evolves to embody the next chapter,” according to a Spurs press release.
