“No shade to any other brokerages listing it before,” Nicholas told the Express-News, “I just think that … when you have a very unique property like this, you just have to do something that is extremely entertaining.”

“I just don’t believe in traditional marketing standards that we use today,” Nicholas said, emphasizing the “competitive advantage” that a figure like Cenat could bring to the table.

“The beautiful thing about clients like Tony is that they’re very open-minded. He’s an extremely sharp businessman, very savvy,” Nicholas said. “The opportunity has been very effective in terms of sparking interest.”
