The Spurs’ Las Vegas Summer League schedule includes games against several marquee rookies, including Dallas’ Cooper Flagg.
The NBA released the schedule Friday. In addition to Flagg, the top overall pick, the Spurs are also set to face Philadelphia’s VJ Edgecombe (third overall), Utah’s Ace Bailey (No. 5 overall) and Charlotte’s Kon Knueppel (fourth overall).
The Spurs have a couple of lottery picks of their own in Dylan Harper (No. 2 overall) and Carter Bryant (No. 14).
The Spurs kick off their Sin City slate against the 76ers at 9 p.m. on July 10 in a game set to be broadcast by ESPN. They face the Mavericks at 3 p.m. on July 12, also on ESPN.
The Spurs will face the Jazz at 7:30 p.m. on July 14 on NBA TV before playing their fourth game against the Hornets at 6 p.m. on July 17 on ESPN.
All of the Spurs’ games will be played at Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus.
Each team in Vegas will play play at least five games, with the first four from July 10-17. The Spurs’ fifth game has not been scheduled yet.
After each team’s first four games, the top four teams will advance to the Summer League playoffs.
