The San Antonio came away from the 2025 NBA Draft as big-time winners after selecting Dylan Harper and Carter Bryant in the lottery. After trading their second-round pick to the Indiana Pacers, the Spurs had an uneventful second night of the draft. It wasn’t until after the picks had been made that San Antonio made more moves.
Every year, teams make a frenzy of signings after the draft ends to pick up undrafted free agents. The Spurs signed two college upperclassmen, LSU guard Camryn Carter and USC wing Chibuzo Agbo, to Summer League contracts. They’ll join Harper and Bryant on the summer roster.
Carter is a 4-year college basketball player who suited up for Mississippi State, Kansas State, and LSU. In his senior season, Carter averaged 16.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.2 steals while shooting 42.5% from the field and 39.2% from three. Carter had his best shooting season of his career last year, as he shot just 30.9% from deep the year prior. At 6-foot-3, Carter is a prototypical high-volume college guard.
