Sign up your child to become a Jr. Health Champion and be entered to win Spurs and SAFC tickets and get to participate in an Ultimate Fan Experience.
The San Antonio Spurs and San Antonio FC are proud to partner with Superior HealthPlan to offer an exciting opportunity for kids of all ages – for free! Becoming a Jr. Health Champion is a great way for kids across the San Antonio area to stay active and engaged all year long while also getting access to fun events and discounted game tickets! It’s also our way of reminding parents that regular checkups and healthy habits can help your child grow up healthy.
To participate, please pledge that your child is or will be:
- Up to date on important immunizations (if applicable)
- Current with annual checkups with their doctor
- Eating fruits and vegetables
- Drinking water daily
- Doing their best to stay active
As a Jr. Health Champion you will get:
- Entered into a monthly drawing to win either 4 tickets to a San Antonio Spurs game or San Antonio FC game where kids will have the chance to participate in a unique Fan Experience!
- Receive a welcome email where you can get discounted Spurs or SAFC tickets and sign up to get information about special events throughout the year!
