cruising speed
Tony, you did not waste any time to take back home court advantage?
It was a very important game for us. Since I am in San Antonio, we抳e always answered present in the high pressure games. I am not surprised a bit about this result. We have a veteran team which needs some times to get started. We must not forget that many players were on the bench during the last week of the regular season. We are now at cruising speed. Everyone played every well and it is a good team抯 win. Horry put in some very important shots while Finley did the same and the bench was there too. There is not much to say, this is a well deserved will.
How did the game go ?
We had a tough beginning but once we go in the game we’ve controlled its outcome. As always, we have imposed our rhythm by playing sound basketball on the inside sector. We did not want to get in Denver game; scoring more than 100 points is not our objective.
What do you think about your performance (21 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds) ?
I was a bit annoyed during the game as I missed too many easy shots but on the other end I can抰 complain. We were playing Game 3 with much pressure and I have to provide a huge defensive work while facing Allen Iverson. I need a lot of energy and this sometimes causes me to be a bit tired on the offensive side of the ball. Altogether, I can be satisfied about my game.
How do you see the next game ?
We must keep the pressure on Denver, not let go of anything. To win a second game on the road would put the Nuggets with their back against the wall. In order to achieve this, we must not recreate the same mistakes as in Game 1. We must keep the same spirit and play with the same intensity. If we manage to do this, everything should happen for the best.

Q：你觉得自己21分，6助攻，4篮板的表现如何？
A：当我投失一些很容易进的球时，确实有些不知所措。但我把我的不满发泄在另一端——防守。第三战我们有很大的压力，面对艾弗森，我必须全力防守。这消耗我不少体力，令我在进攻时略显疲惫。总而言之，我对自己的表现很满意。
Q：你对下一场比赛有什么看法？
A：我们要对丹佛施压，不让他们有任何获胜的机会。如果我们能连胜两个客场，会令他们走投无路。为了赢得比赛，我们不能再犯第一场犯过的错误。我们必须保持旺盛的精力，保持这样的比赛强度。如果我们成功赢下第四场，一切都会朝着对我们最有利的方向发展。
