Key matchup: Manu Ginobili vs. Shane Battier. Ginobili played only six minutes in Saturday’s first half, but it was long enough for him to pick up three fouls. He received No. 4 less than a minute into the third quarter but still finished with 13 points and eight rebounds. Battier is an aggressive defender who does the little things that don’t show up in the box score such as deflecting a pass or taking a charge. He’s also a dependable 3-point threat but doesn’t demand a lot of shots: He’s averaging a respectable 10.1 points on 7.8 attempts per game.
