Yea I think this Trae Young contract is worse than the De’Aaron Fox deal.
I bet the Wizards start reasonably hot next year and their fans dig this tweet back up, but in the long run, that deal is just a significant overpay. I would’ve let him walk.

As a longtime Trae Young critic/skeptic, I just want to say that Young has gone from overrated to underrated.

Bam and Giannis is a very, very good defensive front court, but I do just want to say… Giannis is not 2020 Giannis anymore defensively. Maybe it’s because of the supporting cast, but he’s slipped over the past few years. And Portis was a mess defensively last year.
