We know Giannis Antetokounmpo is out for the All-Star Game, so he’ll be replaced.
Does Adam Silver just select without regard for USA vs World and Karl-Anthony Towns slides over the World team?
USA All-Stars:
Scottie Barnes
Devin Booker
Jaylen Brown
Jalen Brunson
Cade Cunningham
Stephen Curry
Kevin Durant
Jalen Duren
Anthony Edwards
Chet Holmgren
LeBron James
Jalen Johnson
Tyrese Maxey
Donovan Mitchell
Norman Powell
Karl-Anthony Towns (assuming to make rosters work)
The NBA will have to replace the injured Giannis Antetokounmpo AND make a ruling on whether Karl-Anthony Towns (who plays for the Dominican Republic internationally) plays as a USA selection or for Team World.

Update: Stephon Castle is OUT tonight for the Spurs.
Victor Wembanyama is a game-time decision depending on how he feels after his warmup. https://t.co/It7Sy3hHCW
Stephon Castle will miss some time but we still do not know exactly how long. He has become the Spurs’ main perimeter playmaker so this is a major loss on both ends. He is their best defensive guard and one of their most trusted ball handlers.
The injury is to his adductor which
Wembanyama’s “left calf soreness” is back.
This is the same calf that caused him to miss 11 straight games earlier in the season, and the Spurs have been managing his workload carefully ever since. For a 7’5” player with this kind of usage, even minor lower-body issues carry
This is definitely encouraging news. With Stephon Castle sidelined, the big question now is who steps into that open spot. Does Harrison Barnes return to the starting five for some veteran stability? Does Dylan Harper get the nod to keep the youth movement rolling? Or maybe David
Maybe we should delay their flights more often? The Spurs came out absolutely locked in against the Magic- playing with energy, urgency, and focus you wouldn’t expect after weather delays and a tough back-to-back. They look like a team on a mission tonight.
The Spurs have either gotten tired or sloppy or both, but Orlando is pouncing and chipping away at what was once an 18 point lead with a 17-3 run in the 2nd quarter.
